I cant really tell what this software does exactly, but it includes the following:

ASDM-IDM Launcher software with demo for Device Manager

Cisco ASA 5540 8.2(1) Keymaker v1.0 (Sep 2009) by SSG - keymaker to generate SecurityPlus license keys for ASA firewalls.
