Windows 8.1 with Update (x86) SVF Patches

This set of patches converts the MSDN iso file:
en_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_4065105.iso

to one of the three following MSDN files:
en_windows_8.1_with_update_x64_dvd_4065090.iso
en_windows_8.1_n_with_update_x86_dvd_4065118.iso
en_windows_8.1_enterprise_n_with_update_x86_dvd_4065170.iso
en_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update_x86_dvd_4065185.iso
en_windows_8.1_professional_vl_with_update_x86_dvd_4065201.iso
en_windows_8.1_professional_n_vl_with_update_x86_dvd_4065216.iso

You can check the resulting file hashes with MSDN:

Instructions:
1) Install smartversion 3
2) Extract the 7zip file to same directory as the 4065105 iso
3) Double click the desired patch file for the convert-to version
4) Wait a minute for the patch to load in smartversion
5) Click the extract version button (books with down arrow)
6) Select a destination location and click OK.

It's so simple, a baby could do it.
