Used MakeMKV to extract DV videostream, Eac3to for the rest. Used the audio tracks from the AUS disc (24 bit instead of 16
and lossless commentary tracks). Tonemapped and synced the SDH subtitle from the AUS disc (looked prettier) and made a non
sdh from it. Named chapters taken from the NTSC DVD (Thanks CG!).
