2. Patch the hosts file manually.
- Add the following lines to your hosts file in
WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\:
127.0.0.1 licensing.ultraedit.com
127.0.0.1 licensing2.ultraedit.com
3. In menu Help, use activate / offline-activation.
4. Enter anything for license ID and password.
5. Now use keygen to activate the software
