墨田区・向島にある喫茶店「ホリ」。
創業から61年、地元の人々に愛されるお店。
店主が病に倒れたことで休業に追い込まれたこの店を、血縁関係もない常連客、31歳の女性が引き継いだ。
1年もの準備期間、開店資金のやりくり、先代のレシピの再現。
様々な困難を乗り越え、自らの愛する店を立て直す。
血縁や、損得を越えて店の再興に力を尽くす女性の1週間に密着する。
