番組内容
人形町に店を構える洋食店「小春軒」。
創業から113年という長い歴史の中で、流行に左右されることなく、ハンバーグ、エビフライ、とんかつといった昔ながらの洋食メニューを守り続けてきた。
その味は世代を超えて愛され続ける。
現在、店を切り盛りするのは四代目の小島祐二さん（59歳）と、次期店主である息子の祐太さん（29歳）。
メインの揚げ物を四代目が担当し、盛り付けなどを息子が務める。
しかし、四代目には一つの悩みが。それは仕事に積極的ではない息子の姿。
一方、息子の祐太さんもまたこの店をどうしていくべきかビジョンを持てずにいた。
名店の歴史を受け継ぐ親子の一週間に密着した。
