[spoiler]Strangely, this time around the new UHD 5.1 track is unfiltered relative to the older 2008 BD 5.1 track which appears to have numerous imprecise "fixes" applied, including an intense band filter in the center channel. The commentary between both the old BD and UHD is the same. The AUS BD's audio tracks are direct ports of the 2008 BD's tracks. iTunes had French (Canadian) subtitles in addition to French (Metropolitan), but after checking several hundred lines in comparison the only difference I could discern was the absence of correct accent marks on the French (Canadian) subtitles (along with general formatting errors), so they weren't included.
