Fixes/changes for the English sub track

•E01 Took the mask for the sign at around 00:00:15 from the Russian track and used it for the English track.
• E03 Took the tracking from the German sub track and used it for the signs on the English track at around 00:04:49. Took the mask from the Italian track and used it for the English track at 00:10:29. Fixed a sign that appeared few frames too late at 00:16:54 as well as slightly rotating it and adjusted its position. Took the mask from the Italian track and used it for the English track at 00:17:55. Took the mask from the Italian track and used it for the English track at 00:18:32. Took the mask from the Italian track and used it for the English track at 00:19:20.
