Glyphs is a simple to use Mac OS X app designed to allow anyone to create new fonts and modify letterforms with ease. Glyphs’ main focus lays on streamlining the workflow. Glyphs also comes with support for scripting. Scripts can help with a lot of repetitive tasks and will allow you to access all internal data and methods.
Glyphs’ smart and simple approach helps you draw new fonts, modify existing fonts, and sculpt your letterforms hassle-free.
What's new in version 2.2.2:
New features
- Improve handling of missing image.
- Slight adjustment of the drawing of end nodes.
- Only include 'Non-spacing' and 'Spacing combining' marks in mark/GDEF.
- Scroll to active glyph in new tab.
- Glyphs detail dialog does not change values directly, only if you press OK.
Fixed
- Problem with the updater.
- Removing of kerning pairs in kerning window with collapsed rows.
- Kerning of punctuation and more than one other script.
- Exporting UFO with production names.
- Version string for TTF export.
- Some undo problems.
- Text color in glyph info box when editing glyph name.
