murphy78 diskpart/apply script v1.2.8
Features:
-Resetbased starting images using preventpending to reduce release size
-NetFx 2-3.5.1 added to integration
-DaRT 8.1 integrated into boot.wim and winre.wim recovery options.
-Diskpart/apply script with recovery image and multi-boot support v1.2.8*
*To access, press shift-f10 during boot-setup and type: "MENU"
-UEFI and normal BIOS booting support.
Changes:
- Completely Re-integrated everything using the source files and omitted
the win10 upgrade and telemetry updates. I'll include a list of the current
ones being offered in a txt file, but future ones will likely pop up so you
might want to disable auto-updates until you know better if you want to
keep win8.1 and/or block telemetry (MS Spying)
- As a result, it seems that MS recently updated their servers to stop
offering previous month rollups, so size has been reduced by a fair amount.
- I did all this extra work of sifting through all the updates and
re-integrating everything as a result of missing last month while I ponder
things over.
- I haven't really decided the future of 8.1. It will probably depend how
many people use it. If I don't get that many people using it, I might final
it some time in the future. Popularity really does influence my decisions
for these things.
**Installation instructions**:
-To Upgrade:
1 - Run the exe patch to create the upgrade iso
2 - Mount or burn the iso and navigate to the drive
3 - Run setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions
-To Fresh Install:
1 - Burn iso to dvd or use dvd-to-usb program
2 - Reboot and change boot settings to appropriate device
3 - Press key on the any key message
4 - Follow directions
To Activate using KMS, download the MTK 2.6b4 using the magnet link in the
torrent directory, run MTK, and select the EZ-Activator option. If you ever
experience a problem with AutoKMS activation, because of an A/V program,
switch to tap-adapter in the settings. It's more friendly with AV programs
than the secohook method.
