[WBDP] [notFoxtrot] [SCY] Vinland Saga S2 [BD][1080p-FLAC][HEVC]

Definitive 1080p release to match notFoxtrot’s and SCY’s S1 releases
Batch edit of Foxtrot’s S2 batch subs :
- retimed to BD / tweaked/improved timing
- some TL changes for consistency with S1
- redid OP/EDs (including fixing inconsistent TL)
- restyled dialogue (Foxtrot’s S1 and S2 were different for whatever reason)
- misc edits (eg. fixing typos)

NC OP/EDs are subbed, no ordered-chapters used
