Our release for Season 1 and both the OVAs/Movies. Season 2 is currently being worked on and will be released soon (hopefully before Season 4) along with v2 batch for our Season 3 subs.
We used Seicher’s subs (modified DDY) as the base. Since DDY’s original translation was already good, our edits mainly focused on having consistent terminology with the novels and with our Season 3 subs, as well as fixing typos and any other issues.
Special Thanks to b11r723, mohal for helping out with both the OVAs and Season 1 subs.
Notes:

New JPBD encode (Normal BD not Directors cut).
Subs were restyled to Gandhi-Sans.
Song styling was done for all the insert songs.
Separate Subtitle tracks for both honorifics and no honorifics.
The preview segment after each episode was removed, as it serves no real purpose and can accidentally spoil people. Both the Season 2 and Season 3 Blu-rays also omitted the previews, so removing them maintains consistency.
