This is exactly what it says on the cover. Hitoma Iruma wrote a student-teacher yuri story set in the Adashima-verse. It was fan translated by RenTranslations, who posted it to their Patreon.

I haven’t yet read the translation, so I don’t yet know if it’s good or not, but the series itself is great so far (at least in manga form) and I’m looking forward to reading this.
