ePSXe (enhanced PSX emulator) is a PlayStation video game console emulator for x86-based PC hardware with Microsoft Windows or Linux, as well as devices running Android. It was written by three authors, using the aliases calb, _Demo_ and Galtor. ePSXe is closed source with the exception of the application programming interface (API) for its plug-ins.
ePSXe's stated system requirements are: Minimum system requirements:
800Mhz 32-bit CPU
256 MB of RAM
Fast graphic card
x16 CD-ROM
Windows XP SP3
DirectX 8 or OpenGL 1.0
Recommended system configuration:
Fast dual-core CPU
512 MB of RAM
OpenGL 2.0 + GLSL shaders video card
Fast CD-ROM
Windows Vista+

Shaders : This Pack Contains Shader Pack,Which adds advanced filters in emulation.
For best quality uses "4xGLSLHqFilter shader" shaders can only be used with plugin "Pete's OpenGL Driver" using "GLSlang Files"
For each game has a better shader ... test all to know which one gets better for the chosen game..
