About the portable version
This version is registered/licensed, fully functional, and truly (also USB) portable: it does not write any file / registry entry to the host computer.
Instead all required components reside in a sandbox that will be created alongside the executable upon launch - under the same name.
Possible changes you make to the application configuration will be stored in the sandbox and become portable as well.
If you want to port the application to another computer and keep your settings, then you should copy both the executable and the sandbox to your target location.
Last but not least, you do not have to worry about 'annoying' outgoing connections (homepage, automatic updates), they are all denied from within the application.

The Sound Normalizer increases, reduce, improves, regains a volume and a file size without losing ID3, Mp4, Ogg и FLAC tags of Mp3, Mp4, Ogg, FLAC, APE, AAC and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW) files.

- Improve of a volume is reached by the test and normalization of the volume level of Mp3, Mp4, Ogg, FLAC, APE, AAC and Wav files.
- Reduction of size files is reached with the help of built-in encoders and of the Normalizer.
- The Mp3 / Mp4 / Wav / FLAC / Ogg / APE / AAC Normalizer allows to fulfill the test and normalization separately for each channel.
