Ripped from Humble Bundle and GCX (v01-19 x4500, v20 x3487)
Denoised and leveled (GCX + cover only), with spreads joined and some fixed.
Notes:
v01-03 include back cover
v01 has some pages with page marking visible in cropbox area which has been fixed
v12 cover pages are taken from Neon
v20 has additional blank page after c150 to offset the pages
Some pages which had fucked halftone pattern has been fixed
