The Stereo Tool is a well-known sound plug-in, you can install it separately for Windows, or you can plug-in for a Winamp player. I’ll write right away that it turned out to be difficult for me, because I don’t know English very well, and to deal with so many settings is problematic.
So, after starting you will find a window with different settings and controls, they are all responsible for setting the sound. You can twist yourself what you think is necessary, or you can use ready-made presets for quick setup. As far as I know from Internet sources, the Stereo Tool will help you amplify the signal when listening to low quality radio or MP3 tracks.
