DeskSoft ScrollNavigator 5.13.2 a program for controlling scrolling in different applications. You can configure the ability to scroll both horizontally and vertically, it is possible to scroll simultaneously.
You are required to select a program from the list and configure the scroll settings; if you want to configure immediately for other applications not from the list, you must select All Others. There is no Russian support, so not everyone will be able to figure out what is required of them.
