Proper and complete dual-audio 1080p release

Batch edit of Astral’s (S1) and MapleTree’s (S2) subs :
- restyled for consistency throughout all episodes (including overlapping dialogue lines)
- added missing IN song in S1
- replaced s2e01 OP with S1 OP
- fixed mistimed chat bubbles
- minor TL fixes (eg. Mai -> May, Marcus -> Markus, etc.)
- misc edits
