REPACK2 Reason:
Updated the Kaizoku subs with the v2 subs from their git. Added fansubs and iTunes subs from Kawatare while I was at it. Signs & Songs have been matched to the dub.

REPACK Reason:
Fixed signs not matching the dub by getting them from DB. While I was at it I added their named chapters too, as well as extra subs from D-Z0N3 and NH. I haven’t vercaity checked the timing for the Lonely Hikikomori subs I got from NH, nor do I know if they’re any good. I only included them for the sake of options. I only veracity checked the timing for the fixed Kaizoku signs track. Use the rest at your own risk.
