This is the V2, I delete all files from the V1 but to be honest, there is no purpose of seeding it anymore.
What’s new with the V2:

Every files have english subtitles
S00E27 & S00E31 are softsub
S00E40-S00E61 got DUBS (except S00E58)
S00E62 & S00E63 are added

if there is no sources that means that the video source already have english subtitles

Details on Recaps DUBS

S00E044, S00E059 and S00E060 are not eac3 because AMZN don’t want to release them
S00E044 & S00E060 are AAC 192kbps new CR audio encode
S00E059 is AAC 128kbps, because CR don’t want to release the new encode for this one
S00E062 & S00E063 don’t have DUB yet and S00E058 will not have a DUB imo

What’s missing for a V3? (Yes I see some improvments)

Always having a BluRay RAW for S00E007 & S00E014
I’m not that aware of Fansub/English subtitles, so If you have better ones for any of these releases, feel free to share them to me
Having a better audio for the recaps I mentionned juste above
Having DUBS for missing eps (S00E063+)

This is my personnal collection of the specials of One Piece (only from TheTVDB notation). I have written “MULTi” for Japanese + French DUB and “VOSTFR” even if there were english DUB. If you have better subtitles or RAWs for any of these files feel free to contact me (or any feedback like errors or typo or whatever).
I took SOFCJ-RAWS and Bluray/DVD release first, and then what I found. Episodes 40+ I do not care that much so I took webrip from ASW (they’re on CR if you really need untouched video quality)
