プロ卓球チーム、「木下マイスター東京」。
ここに去年、就任したばかりの中国出身の監督代行に密着。
木下マイスター東京は2018年に創設されたTリーグで、７年間に４度日本一となった常勝軍団。
しかし監督代行が就任した昨年、まさかの4位に転落。
必ず巻き返さなければならない状況。
指導者として選手とどう向き合うべきか試行錯誤する日々が続いていた。
