主人公は葛飾柴又の佃煮店で働く39歳の男性。
実は３年前まで元力士。
引退後、お店の社長に頼る形で就職した。
とはいえ、まだまだ叱られっぱなしの毎日。
「お客様のため」に動く、商人の姿勢を身に着けられずにいた。
そんなある日、試練として大きな仕事を任される。
