Fanny was an American rock band, active in the early 1970s. They were one of the first all-female rock groups. The initial lineup consisted of June Millington on guitar, Jean Millington on bass, Alice de Buhr on drums, Nickey Barclay on keyboards/piano. June and Alice left in 1973 and were replaced by Patti Quatro on guitar and Brie Brandt on drums. They disbanded in 1975.
