Henshin Ninja Arashi WEB-DL re-encode 720P

Wanted to re-encode and compress the other WEB-DL i saw here since i thought 50 gigs was a bit bloated for this lol.

Very recently got into encoding so i apologize if this isn’t the best that could be offered, i will definitely come back to these in the future to optimize it further.
