He falls into a state of depression, which he comes out of only after discovering that he had been set up. In order to avenge himself and get back the money he lost, Go-ni trains with the mysterious Pyung (Baek Yun-shik), supposedly the world's greatest card sharp. However, the path to justice must go through Pyung's longtime rival, Madam Jung (Kim Hye-soo).
