TBSでは、10月11日（土）午後2時から8時間にわたって『お笑いの日2025』を生放送でお送りする。午後2時からの「『お笑いの日』第一部」生放送の総合司会を務めるのは、かまいたちとチョコレートプラネット。さらにスペシャルサポーターにはSixTONESのジェシーと田中樹が決定し、全国と中継を繋ぎ「お笑い夢のコラボ祭」をテーマに日本全国を笑顔にしていく。
