Description:
v2 fix of Lulu’s episode 5 — repairs encode corruption at 9:55
(block artifacts lasting ~4 seconds).
Fix Details:
Corrupted frames sourced from [izu] JPBD Remux
Only the corrupted segment was re-encoded using the exact x265 binary
from the original encode (3.5+19-8003e4382) with Lulu’s settings matched
All other frames are bit-for-bit identical to Lulu’s original encode
All audio, subtitles and fonts from Lulu’s original release unchanged
v1 re-encoded the entire episode at CRF 16 which introduced unnecessary
quality loss across all frames. v2 only re-encodes the ~96 corrupted frames
using the exact same x265 binary and settings as the original encoder,
leaving everything else completely untouched.
