第48回日本アカデミー賞の正賞15部門各優秀賞および新人俳優賞が21日に発表された。 選考対象となったのは、2024年1月1日から同年12月31日までに公開され選考基準を満たした作品（日本映画149作品、外国映画204作品）で、日本アカデミー賞協会会員4,046名による投票が行われた。 各部門の最優秀賞は、3月14日にグランドプリンスホテル新高輪で開催される授賞式で発表される。
