Notes
The JP BDMV provided by Orengelen had to be split up (due to how multiple episodes are packaged in a single video file) and Golo’s subtitle files had to be re-timed because video lengths between this release and others are slightly different. The sync issues are also why I didn’t bother pulling a lossless English dub from another release.
If FLAC is giving you clear audio and the other audio tracks have static on them due to incompatibility, try a different app. MPV has this issue. Potplayer doesn’t.
Steps Taken:
Demuxed each disc into episodes using keyframes timestamps on mkvtoolnix.
Converted each episode’s LPCM audio track (16bit) to FLAC (16bit) using eac3to.
Shifted the Golo subtitles and signs+songs over to compliment the different episode lengths (by timing with keyframes).
Combined on mkvtoolnix.
