multiMAN 04.20.04 -Supports 4.40 CFW on Rebug-Rogero

Deank recently made an update for multiMAN in preparation for the new wave of 4.40 CFW soon to hit the scene, coming after Sony's recent firmware update of v4.40 OFW. This update of multiMAN is for anyone wanting to be prepared for when Rogero/Rebug release their upcoming CFW for v4.40.
