Burn Up Excess Episode 3 Deleted Scene (DVD version)

JIGGYnCODEnSUB with their LDrip pointed out a scene not included in the ADV DVDs but because it was an LDrip and no direct mention of the Japanese DVD having it , some people assumed it was exclusive to the Laserdisc including me but I found the Japanese DVDs on U2 and decided to check Vol 1 since it’s the one with episode 3 and found it was there and it was a bit better looking than the LDrip so I decided to share this with the subs from there muxed in
