K MANGA did a big brain move where they used both simulpub chapters and tankobon chapters for their release. Depending on the chapter, multiple simulpub chapters are merged to make 1 tank chapter. They used up to v10 worth of tank chapters and then switched to simulpub chapters (starting from c078). The manga is readable since the same simulpub chapters from c078 are merged and used in later volumes, but it makes for a confusing time to label it. Which is why I have labeled the simulpub chapters as such so that they are easily distinguished and not confused with the regular chapters.
