The packed tools have improvements.

==== On Linux/OSX/BSD:

$> unzip MWAET.zip (unzip can be get on APT, all UNIX systems)
$> cd MWAET

For Perl:
$> perl sqlcute.pl

For Python:
$> python apollo-enh.py

For exe:
$> chmod +x sqlcute.pl && ./sqlcute.pl

==== Windows:

Get ActivePerl and ActivePython
open cmd and just go to the MWAET directory then

For Perl:
$> perl sqlcute.pl

For Python:
$> python apollo-enh.py
