The complete 15 Episodes of "The Stan Freberg Show" originally broadcast from the CBS Radio Studios in Hollywood, CA in 1957. This was the last comedy show to be broadcast on radio.
Looking for this 15 episode package in high quality with proper metadata tagging and accompanying artwork and liner notes turned out to be a journey that ended in a dead end.
If you have been looking for this gem and have been frustrated as I was, here is a High Quality Rip from cassette. It was ripped at 16 bit 44.1 and saved in FLAC format. Professional software was used to make the Rip and tag many more parts of each show than is listed in the liner notes.
After looking at how this package was put together, I am a bit disappointed, but it gave me enough to complete the kind of digital Rip I was looking for.
I have cloned the cassettes to match the digital CD format. The set was sold in two separate packages, with an introduction by Stan Freberg and episodes 1-7 in the first and episodes 8-15 in the second.
At almost 7.5 hours of show and a 12.5 minute introduction, you can see why this is just over 2GB.
