What Is The Westwood/Blue Water Dub & Why It Takes So Long To Sync:
This dub only aired in international English speaking countries (UK, Canada, Netherlands etc.). It is a rare lost media that has been preserved by fans who recorded this from TV between 2001 to 2005. This dub will never have an official release on DVD due to being stuck in licensing hell. The Blue Water and Westwood dub was heavily edited for TV airing meaning that each episode has approx. 2 Minutes of cut content. This can be anywhere in the episode. It takes about 1 to 2 hours to sync one episode because of these cuts. We are doing this lengthy process per episode in order to preserve this dub, and to prevent it from being lost to time. Notes:

The video for this release has been sourced from SoM’s Color Corrected Dragon Box. This has been synced to the best audio of any given episode of the dub. The Color Corrected Dragon Box retains as much detail as possible, ensuring that Dragon Ball can be viewed in its highest quality.
This was done in 25FPS since Ocean received their masters from France for Dragon Ball. The video is sped up so the audio pitch is unaltered, as it was when aired.

Audio:
This release serves to include the best recorded version of each episode synced to the best possible video that we have. The audio is sourced from the +500GB Westwood Blue Water Torrent, and Sasuke_Shinhan, included in this torrent (for raw materials). The sources are Hi-Fi and Stereo recordings, the best possible version of any given episode.
Our audio sources for an episode of the Blue Water dub are: Sasuke_Shinhan, ToonDude7, OceanDan93, Val the VHS Guy, lolman, Andyscot, Wonder inc (speed correction), xoxDANoxo, and as a last resort ManifestX (in order of quality).
Notes:

The AB Groupe French DVDs and Salvat DVDs were used as fillers since they used the same music score, and were used to fill in the ad break, after openings, and before endings, where applicable for seamless music instead of an abrupt start/stop.
There are glitches in the majority of episodes, as Sasuke_Shinhan was recorded on Satellite. These were replaced seamlessly with the audio sources where applicable.
The insert songs have been re-added by SSJ with Robo’s assistance as a different track, and are included for episodes:
28, 29, 30, 33, 35, 43, 48, 86, 87, 95, 130
Note: Although there is also an insert in episode 65, 76, and 78, it only played briefly, or the scene was cut, so episode 65, 76, and 78 does not have the additions.

Subtitles:
Only the first episode includes dubtitles. We are looking for assistance with timings and aid for a v2.
Opening & Ending:
The Opening and Ending have been recreated for this release. The Opening and Ending features video sourced from the SoM Color Correction Dragon Box and recreated credits for each episode. They have been recreated by SSJ and with encode support by JySzE.
