Yes, it is indeed the third season. During the production of the second season of this critically acclaimed series, an incident occurred where the producer took the money and ran away.
The director later completed the third season with his own money and crowdfunding, and released it as a fan.
In order to enrich the content, 7 different scripts were recorded with 15 versions dubbed by different voice actors (half of them were amateurs)
I picked the ones I liked (Naomi Ozora+Kuwahara Yuki ver), and the rest depend on fate.

so now we have only two files: Two different voice actors of the same Japanese dub, two different scripts and 2 different english subtitle. You may choose either Version 1 or Version 2. It’s up to your decision.

Additional, Feel free to edit/fix English Subtitle you want, then go.
