Here it is guys, Earthian subbed & dual-audio (japanese / english). I also included some extra stuff in the “Extras” folder.

NOTE:
-Earthian III Vol. 2 (OVA 4) was not processed to HD on the Japanese Blu-ray Disc so the encoder (MiraiAnime) encoded the video from the R2JP DVD in order to prevent upscaling artifacts.

UPDATE 25.06.2025:

-OVA 1 & 2 have been replaced with a v2 due to some issues: English audio track was a bit out of sync (thanks to truanifan for spotting this error and for providing a synced audio track), some minor improvements on the subtitles for the 2nd OVA.

-The rest of the files are the same, the modified ones have a “v2” in their file name.
