Description
This is the 2024 Korean action/thriller/mystery/comedy drama series. Its native title is "재벌X형사," literally "Chaebol X Detective" which is an alternate English title; other titles are "Gold Spoon," "FlexxCop," and "Conglomerate X Detective." "Chaebol" (wealth clan) refers to the South Korean family-owned conglomerates, and heirs to the conglomerate fortune are called chaebols as well; we would call them "silver spoons."

"Jin I-soo has everything in life. Being a third-generation conglomerate heir, he never requires others' assistance. However, things start changing when he gets entangled in a case. This is the complete set of 16 episodes ranging from 57 to 71 minutes long each. They all have edited "soft" English captions; that is, English subtitles are part of the MKV file and the subtitles can be enabled or disabled as you wish.
I downloaded the source videos named like "Flex.X.Cop.S01E01.1080p.DSNP.WEB-DL.H264.AAC-ADWeb.mkv" and "Flex.X.Cop.S01E03.1080p.DSNP.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.H.264-MADSKY.mkv" and obtained the best English subtitles elsewhere. Then I...
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> witch etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, converted Korean Won amounts into American Dollars, converted British terms to American ones, and converted Korean names to AP style (family name followed by hyphenated given name)
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles
